1) Who can take the Yoga Home Study Program?

The Yoga Home Study Program is open to all indivduals who wish to deepen their knowledge about yoga, and/or to teach and propagate the art of yoga.

2) When can I register for the Yoga Home Study Program?

You can join this program at any time.

3) How do I register for the course?

  • Print, complete & submit the Registration Form
  • Please note, registration will begin January 31st 2005.

4) What do I receive when I register for the Yoga Home Study Program?

  • You will receive:
    • 3 Rahini Yoga Teachers Manuals- Levels 1-3.
    • 1 Rahini Yoga Home Study Guidebook- A comprehensive study guide that will systematically take you through the entire Yoga Home Study Program.
    • Supplementary Yoga Related Reading Materials.
    • Yoga Pose Illustrations.
    • Study Questions for each module.
    • Final Examination written in a simple and understandable lesson plan format.
  • In addition:
    • A Mentor will review all course work and send you a written evaluation of course work via e-mail.
    • Discounts on all Rahini Yoga Programs, Workshops, and Merchandise.

5) What are the requirements for completion of the Yoga Home Study Program?

  • In order to receive your Certificate of Completion you must complete the:
    • 4 Modules of the program.
    • Study Questions for each module.
    • Final Examination - As part of the final examination, you are required to submit photographs of yourself performing 8 yoga poses, chosen from a list of eight separate yoga pose categories.

6) What do I receive at the end of the course?

  • You will receive a Certificate of Completion of a Home Study Course in Rahini Yoga.
  • In addition, this program credits 40 home study hours for anyone wishing to take our Yoga Alliance approved 200-Hour Yoga Teacher's Certification Program. Graduation from this course leads to Full Certification and Registration as a Yoga Teacher with the initials R.Y.T.
  • Furthermore, this course forms a strong foundation for our Yoga Teacher Certification Courses.

7) What is the cost of the program?

  • The cost for the Yoga Home Study Course is $495.00.
  • Tuition must be paid in full to register & begin the program.
