Rahini Yoga, often called the healing yoga, is a unique blend of Hatha, Kundalini and Tibetan yoga asanas. This style of yoga is enriched by the philosophy and specialized meditation practices of Tibetan Buddhism.

The healing aspects of this yoga are immeasurable because of the emphasis of particular asanas & asana sequences that effectively clear the subtle energy channels, balance the chakras, increase the pristine pranic energies and harmonize the entire subtle energy system.

For example, at the beginner level we learn how to manipulate the subtle energies of the body, called Windhorses through the practice and study of specific asanas, breathing exercises, visualization, mudras and meditation. This swiftly improves our physical, emotional, and spiritual well being.

Besides the traditional Hatha yoga asanas, we learn such postures as Kung Fu Yogi Pose, Tip-Toe Antelope Pose, Diamond Cutter Pose, Active Volcano Pose, Sun-Fire Pose, Sturdy Chair Pose, Archer I & II Pose and much more!

Additionally, a Buddhist approach to meditation training is incorporated to gradually awaken the Mind-of-Clear-Light that exists within our Heart Chakra. As this Light shines, so does our capacity to experience happiness, peacefulness, compassion and wisdom in the joy of unconditional love.
