Course Prerequisites

1. All candidates must pre-register. This entails:
   • Completing and submitting the application form. The application form must include a $300.00 deposit payment - to reserve a space, and a $25.00 non-refundable application processing fee. The deposit payment will go towards the tuition.


2. Completion of 200-Hour Program Approved by Yoga Alliance:
   • If you have not completed Rahini Yoga's 200-Hour Teacher Training Certification Program, you must fulfill additional Rahini Yoga Teacher Training from the 200-Hour Program.


3. Essay
   • Each student is required to write a one page essay describing why they want to continue their yoga teacher training and how they feel this training program will better help to serve others.


4. Sign the 500-Hour Teacher Training Contract
   • Each candidate is required to read and sign the "Contract for the RAhini Yoga 500-Hour Teacher Training Program". Print, complete and submit the application form.


5. Basic Membership to Rahini Yoga Association (RYA)
   • This $45.00 yearly fee serves to maintain the Rahini Yoga Teacher's Certification Designation (CRYT).
   • Other Benefits Include:
     • A 5% discount on all Rahini Yoga Teacher Programs, Yoga Therapy Programs, Wellness Workshops, Continuing Education Workshops and Bookstore Items.
     • An automatic membership to the NY Wellness Management Group and a 5% discount on it's programs.
     • A professional website listing and linking on the Rahini Yoga Teachers Directory.
