Course Description
The 200-Hour Rahini Yoga Teacher Training is divided into 2 different sections- Section I and Section II. Section I is comprised
of "contact" hours, which entails hands-on yoga training and experience. Section II is comprised of "non-contact" hours, which
entails self-study learning and practice.
Student teaching hours, student assistant teaching hours, Rahini Yoga class attendance as a student, and Seva hours are NOT discussed
until the student COMPLETES Level 3. When the student completes the Level 3 training, the Directors of the Yoga Teacher Training
Program will privately meet with each student to determine the specific details of this part of the student's training. These
specific hours are considered part of the Level 4 training. The student should be aware that this part of the training, which
includes the location and type of teacher training, is under the full discretion of the Directors of the Yoga Teacher Training
Program. Moreover, the student should be aware that the Seva hours are not part of the 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Program. The
location where the student performs Seva is under the discretion of the Directors of the Yoga Program.
As part of the student training, each student is required to attend a introductory "Yoga Therapy Workshop." The workshop is at an
additional, but discounted, cost to the student in training. The workshop will introduce basic yoga therapy fundamentals. The Yoga
Therapy Workshop is not part of the Yoga Therapy Teacher Training Certification Course. Further yoga therapy training and certification
will be available to the interested student as a separate program of study.
Finally, any non-related Rahini Yoga experience or training belonging to the student will not be included or accepted, in any matter
whatsoever, as part of the 200-Hour Rahini Yoga Teacher Training.
